As one of the first major corporations to unite diverse design disciplines into a single team, our work is founded on and driven by collaboration.

Our Branding + Packaging team takes a holistic approach to brand that includes developing everything from a brand's mission to how it's experienced and activated both on and off the shelf. By combining design thinking with cross-functional partnerships, we create brand touchpoints that connect and inspire.

Our Experience Design team elevates the way people interact with our brands through thoughtful storytelling and innovation concepts. Using PepsiCo’s design thinking approach, we create memorable and delightful moments for people experiencing our brands on the go—whether that’s at an event, at a restaurant, or inside their own homes.

Our Industrial Design: Structural Packaging team works to optimize people’s first physical experiences with our brands. Our work spans the PepsiCo portfolio to encompass everything from initial design strategy to brand development to physical packaging.

Our Industrial Design: Equipment team supports the growth of our equipment portfolio strategy. This team ensures people interacting with our products have the best experience possible through creating innovative beverage dispensers, fountains and other groundbreaking equipment.

Our Digital Design team creates seamless and personalized user experiences for both digital and physical interfaces. By creating customized experiences that span across platforms, we're using digital to drive value and connect people and PepsiCo through new and exciting content.

Our Innovation team drives business value and equity through a forward-thinking approach to uncover opportunities and reframe challenges. By imagining and designing new products and brands, we’re helping PepsiCo shape its vision and secure its role in the future.

Our Design Strategy team uses design thinking to solve problems and identify new opportunities for our brands and PepsiCo. Through pairing our empathy-driven process with a three-lens approach that measures desirability, viability, and feasibility, we’re improving people's experiences and propelling growth.

Our Fashion + Lifestyle team plays an essential role in brand building. Strategic partnerships with luxury and legacy brands help us connect PepsiCo with a larger audience through products and content that strengthen our brand equity and build each of our brands' stories.

Our Design Execution team ensures our team's design integrity is fully realized across packaging, equipment, and more. By making sure our designs are consistent and printable, we're able to realize the intent of each brand and maximize impact wherever people encounter our products and activations.
